Microsoft is bettering the cell Groups expertise by making it simpler to hitch a gathering.
In a Microsoft 365 Roadmap entry, Microsoft outlined various steps it’s taking to make the cell Groups expertise easier and simpler:
We’re bettering the assembly be a part of expertise on cell by 1) streamlining the assembly be a part of course of by decreasing the variety of steps it takes to hitch the assembly, notably for customers becoming a member of from externally of the group, 2) customers who be a part of with out signing in will now have the potential to preset and preview video / audio settings previous to becoming a member of the assembly, and three) simplifying the be a part of course of for customers with a number of accounts by bettering the account switching person expertise.
The brand new options will start rolling out in October 2023.
