FTC Continues Its Opposition to Microsoft’s Activision Deal

Regardless of Microsoft finishing its acquisition of Activision Blizzard, the FTC is continuous its opposition.

Microsoft closed its Activision deal after the UK’s Competitors and Markets Authority signed off on it. The EU beforehand signed off on the deal as effectively, leaving the FTC as the one main regulator nonetheless opposed.
